Arby's Pizza Slider

Arby's has a Pizza Slider for a limited time! Of course I had to try it.

It's pretty good! There's definitely more meat than I expected, but that kind of makes sense considering the relative thickness to the “crust”. It reminded me quite a bit of the Which Wich Pepperoni Pizzawich. The sauce makes it a bit hard to keep together, since the bread slides against the meat too much. Overall though, surprisingly good for $1.

Chuck E Cheese Pepperoni

They changed the crust some time in the last few years… It's still pretty good though. I have such strong memories of the old crust though.

My sister wanted a fun birthday party (she's 19 😛) so we went to CEC.

Red Baron Classic Crust Pepperoni

With the possible exception of the Little Caesar's Hot-and-Ready pizza, the Red Baron Classic Crust is probably the food I've had more of than anything else in my life. Red Baron never disappoints with a good selection of quality frozen pizzas.

This one is just as good as always, with the perfect amount of sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.

Sam's Club Rising Crust Pepperoni

This excellent pizza continues to show that every rising crust frozen pizza that's not made by DiGiorno is really good. Seriously I don't know why DiGiorno is so bad, but it is. This one's great though!

Perfect Pizza Hut

I just got what might be the best-made Pizza Hut pizza I've ever had. A perfect stuffed crust pepperoni with the excellent Hut Favorite seasoning. Apparently it pays off to order between normal meal times so they're not as rushed when making your order. It's really good.

Domino's Deliciousness

I decided to try something a bit different with tonight's Domino's order. I went a little overboard on the toppings but oh wow is it good. Pepperoni, sliced Italian sausage, green peppers, mushrooms, and onions. The combination of flavors is perfect, definitely one of the best pizzas I've had in a while.

Update: Apparently non-Pepperoni ingredients don't last quite as long as I'm used to. This pizza wasn't nearly as good the next day.

Digiorno Stuffed Crust Pepperoni… again

I had to try it again. I desperately want there to be a good stuffed crust frozen pizza, but there just isn't one. This one just won't turn out right no matter how I bake it, so I think I'm just giving up on Digiorno :/

Churro Pizza – Pizza Pie Cafe

The pizza of the month at Pizza Pie Cafe is a churro desert pizza. I had somewhat low expectations, but it's actually really good! It was slightly doughy, but the flavor was perfect. The cheese sticks were particularly good today too. Possibly slightly too much cheese, but overall they were great.

Budge's THRIVE Pizza

Our IT department had a pizza party at work today and things got a little crazy. I work for a freeze-dried food company, Thrive Life, which makes a wide variety of delicious freeze-dried foods. Our chairman, Jason Budge, joined us and made a very unique pizza. This is a grocery store pre-baked crust with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, black olives, and… THRIVE freeze-dried Greek Yogurt Bites and Fuji Apple Slices . Certainly not a typical pizza, but Thrive Life isn't a typical food company.

I didn't try the pizza myself, but I was told the part with the Fuji Apple Slices was actually decent. The Greek Yogurt Bites didn't quite work with the cheese and tomato sauce, but are apparently really good toasted on their own, so I'll definitely be trying that as a snack in the future.

It was actually pretty good!

Digiorno Thin Crust Four Meat

It's not bad!

This is the first Digiorno pizza I've had that actually seemed to bake right following the directions. The crust leaves a bit to be desired, and is much thicker than an Italian-style thin-crust, but overall this is a pretty good pizza. There're plenty of toppings and just the right amount of cheese and sauce.
