It’s been a while since I posted a new pizza. I’ve been working on a startup for some time now, and since I don’t have a stable income, I’ve been eating an obscenely large number of Totino’s Party Pizzas.
Today though, I wanted something new. I’ve loved all of the other Freschetta pizzas I’ve tried, and this one seemed like an interesting new type. I don’t think I’ve had a gluten free pizza before, so this is a fairly new thing for me.
Overall it’s good! The crust is obviously quite different from a typical thin crust pizza, and I don’t think it’s quite as good as most, but it’s not bad. The cheese and pepperoni are both quite good, so it balances it out quite well.
I probably won’t buy another one of these, since there are cheaper and better thin crust pizzas (the CPK Signature Pepperoni, for example), but it’s not bad if you want a potentially healthier option.
