Tenney’s Pizza

I’ve become a little obsessed with Tenney’s lately. They’re just so incredibly cheap, and they deliver, unlike Little Caesar’s. Their pan crust is pretty good, and their cheese sticks are great.

This time I was a bit adventurous. I’m not super picky with my toppings, but I generally avoid things like pineapple and jalapeños. This time I got both! It’s actually a really good mix. I don’t love the texture of pineapple on a pizza, but it’s not bad with this one.

And of course I got cheese sticks. Two orders of them, since you can get a second for only $3. They were particularly cheesy this time!

If you’re in the mood for some good, cheap pizza, you really can’t go wrong with Tenney’s. As long as you get the pan crust. It’s only an extra dollar (at least on the medium).

Tenney’s Pan Crust

I keep going back to Tenney’s because I love their cheese sticks, then end up disappointed by their pizzas. This time I gave in and spent the extra dollar on the pan crust. It’s not bad! Their pan crust is about as thick as most places’ hand tossed crusts, but it helps the balance with the ingredients a lot.

I got this one with pepperoni, sausage, green peppers, yellow onions, tomatoes, parmesan cheese, and red hot peppers. It’s not a bad combination, but probably not my favorite. Their 12 toppings at no extra cost is still a great deal, even with the quality of the toppings being a bit less than your typical pizza place.

And of course I had to go with the extra order of cheese sticks for only $3.

They’re so good.
